Каким-то образом он отправил такую транзакцию за считанные секунды до покупки юзера, подменил цену и вместо 1 тона списался весь баланс.

Вероятно, он чекает мемпул. С этого адреса он отправил 185 таких транзакций, но - таких адресов у него много.

При совершении сделок несколько раз смотрите на отправляемую сумму - и никогда не спешите.

// А контракт с изменением цены надо отменять, это получается такой man in the middle без шанса на спасение для новичка - и даже для олдов тоже. Или изменять по аналогии с проскальзыванием на дексе - в сообщении прикреплять сумму сделки и проверять ее в контракте.
