Key Responsibilities
-Lead, mentor, and inspire the backend team, fostering both technical and soft skill growth.
-Design scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions.
-Collaborate with product and frontend teams to align backend systems with user needs.
-Manage backend infrastructure, including APIs, databases, and servers, ensuring stability and performance.
-Oversee and participate in development cycles, creating APIs, features, and infrastructure.
-Implement CI/CD processes for smooth deployments and minimal downtime.
