•provide support to managers, supervisors, foremen (performing authority) relevant to the PTW System;
•act as a focal point for internal and external bodies for advice on matters relating to the PTW system;
•act as a facilitator/coordinator for PTW developments;
•if requested, assist incident investigations and/or review investigation reports relevant to the PTW System;
•participate in PTW System workshops and reviews as required;
•manage the PTW Improvement Process;
•coordinate the issue of any revisions (including PTW forms) in the Company and Client PTW System;
•assist the PA in the execution of their PTW duties when requested;
•be the focal point to manage and coordinate all permits issued for Company including those permits to have been temporarily suspended;
