Startup developing ML-driven platform for schools

Responsibilities:
• Designing highly loaded and scalable Python services for mobile and web clients
• Developing services interacting with ML pipelines
• Optimizing work and designing database schemas for reliable data storage/transmission
• Cross-team collaboration (ML, front-end, mobile, DevOps)

Requirements:
• 4+ years of backend development experience
• Clear understanding of scalability, fault tolerance, and security principles
• Deep understanding of system design principles and architectural patterns
• Python proficiency, understanding of asynchronous principles in Python
• Knowledge of DevOps principles including CI/CD setup, monitoring, and logging
• Tech stack: Python, FastAPI, SQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kafka, Celery

Optional:
• Experience with video streaming
