Finally, I am quite excited about graph encoders where we learn embeddings of objects and their relations. These can also be learned in an unsupervised fashion using graph-CNNs. We recently looked at this problem in the context of knowledge graphs which are a core data structure for more classical reasoning algorithms. Combining these fields seems promising.
